#11 Timestep influnce the bottom of the box(granular)

Dear all
I have poured 1000 particles(granular) into a block box ,but as the particle poured into the box ,the bottom of box became lower and lower,as the bottom didn't exist,I don't know why.And what'more ,I change the timestep to original's 1/10,the bottom became fixed,I can't understand this,and I attached the two logs behind.

Your help will be appreciated!
