    Hi,
    I am trying to use the msi2lmp tool to convert my .car and .mdf file from the Material studio. I am getting few errors:
    1)In linux, I tried to make the msi2lmp.exe tool from the makefile using this command:
    make -f Makefile
    I got the msi2lmp.exe but when I give the command msi2lmp.exe <Nanocluster.car> {-print 1} {-class I} {-frc cvff} {-ignore} {-nocenter} {-shift 0.0 0.0 0.0}
    I get the error : msi2lmp.exe not found.
    But I am sure that I am running in the right path and the folder does have msi2lmp.exe.
    I also tried the command:
    gcc -g -Wall -o msi2lmp msi2lmp.c
    but it creates only msi2lmp.o file and not a executable file.

    2) I tried in windows as well. I downloaded the msi2lmp.exe from sourceforge.net and tried to run it. But it to gives me error like these:

    Running Msi2lmp.....

    Forcefield file name: ./cvff.frc
    Forcefield class: 1

    Cannot open CAR_ATOMLIST.TXT

    So on both OS i am not able to run it.
    It is going to be a minor thing but I am not able to figure out where I am going wrong. Can anyone please help me?
    Thank-you,
    Regards,
    Vidula.
