I'm having a problem in decoding and re-encoding a very small file, that is
smaller than my input MP3 buffer.
The thing is, I read in the whole file (no ID3 tag), hip_decode_headers
returns 0, but there is no more data in the file, so I essentially get
nothing out of it.
Calling lame_encode_flush does not seem to solve the problem.
I would be grateful for any pointers.

Can you provide an example file?
