[Sorry for my English]
It'll be better, on my view, not to return KSD to
initial state after pressing any button (placed on it).
For example when I pressed button and didn't moved
cursor - the icons become small (zoom out), and when I
move cursor out of the KSD it begins to zoom in.
So it zooms in and out too fast and looks not SMOOTH as
I expected by reading the program title :(

I am aware of the problem. However, I could not fix it at
the moment because of the fake transparency method that I
    use in KSmoothDock.

Maybe only with real transparency, this error can be fixed.

    Best,

Well, I have found a way to fix it and I have implemented
that in version 4.2. Check out the new version. It is much
    smoother now.

    Cheers,
