My domain and my subdomain are both getting updated while trying to update only one of them.

I had both sites set for publishing, but after I realized what was going on I removed the subdomain settings. Yet the subdomain continues to get updated (without the server or ftp settings). I've re-installed Kompozer twice, hoping to start fresh with the settings, each time my publishing setttings (domain) were still there.

It's because I did not have a sub-directory set up on my host server root directory (a folder for each domain and subdomain) . So when ever I published a change, Kompozer sent it to the root directory and both sites were reading from the same index (one index for both sites). Silly me, I had seperate Kompozer publishing settings for both my domain and subdomain. All the while, both setting were publishing to the same server file.
