This is the first release in SF.net.
KoGe Designer is a tool for artists who want to develop 2D games. It features an animator, and an action editor. Among other planned features, it will also include: interactive zone editor, physics composing, scripting and level editing. It generates XML files to be used by KoGe engine which will be a portable SDL/C game engine.
KoGe Designer 0.1.1 is written in Gambas 1.0.x. This release is stable and featureful enough for trying out the animator editor, although it isn't capable of making playable games yet.
