A follow-up to the kiosk request of yesterday. This sounds like he would
like a framed window much like IE's Kiosk mode. I think the fullscreen
mode would be helpful too but if both could be incorporated, it would
provide a lot of flexibility in incorporating the code.
I did note to him that you can "hide" the menu bar by setting this pref:
to false. But then the Throbber overtakes its place. Could there be a way
to also "hide" the Throbber and its associated band?

The other thing I forgot to ask, I know that you can shut off the menu
bar items. Can that entire bar be removed, something similar to
deleting menus.cfg (except it complains that it can not find menus.cfg)
But if you click ok through those messages, you have just the title bar
and the icon bar without a blank menu bar. Also can the X (exit) in the
right corner of the screen be disabled ?
Being able to remove this would allow us to use k-meleon instead of
other thrid part add on program that wrap around a browser to make it a
