Dear list!!! I'm new to Kile and tried to compile it myself under Debian Sarge. When starting "make", after some actions it stopps with the error: latexcmd.cpp: In member function `KileDocument::CmdAttribute KileDocument::LatexCommands::getCharAttr(QChar)': latexcmd.cpp:271: error: ambiguous overload for 'operator<<' in ' (&kdDebug(int)())->kdbgstream::operator<<("\tLatexCommands error: unkn= own type of env/cmd: ") << ch' /usr/local/kde/include/kdebug.h:49: error: candidates are: kdbgstream& kdbgstream::operator<<(bool) Perhaps anybody can help me? I saw just now that the file kileconfig.h is automatically generated from kcfg_compiler. So it looks like that your kde installation is somehow screwed up. You can try try to delete kileconfig.h, run make clean and then make again. Prehaps it will work then. Thomas |
