Assuming Qt is installed in /usr/lib/qt3 (you can check by typing
ls /usr/lib/qt3/lib, you should see all kind of libqt-* files), you probably
did not install the development packages. You need to install Qt-devel and
KDE-devel packages, without them, no KDE program will compile. I don't use
Mandrake, so I don't know the exact names of the packages.
