Tools > Options > Interface, Main Window, Minimize main window after copying data to the clipboard.
The problem with using this is you inevitably want to copy more than one thing so you have to restore between copies.
What do you mean "separate window after copying password"?
cheers, Paul

if Two-Channel Auto-Type Obfuscation is a global option, it would be much easier yes, I agree, drag and drop is not my favorite option, I have always hated it even in moving file, esp if you use touchpad and not a mouse

you must think that I am working either with or against intelligence agency :D
even with tcato I don't trust auto type, although it is more than safe even for spies :D
nevertheless, for other users, it would be great if making it a global option, it can be disable singly, I mean I have over 100 entry, only 1 doesn't support tcato, and as I recall only during changing password and not signing in.
thanks for your replies
have a nice day

sorry I meant minimize windows after copying password
There is only the one setting.
You could use Auto-Type instead of copying, it's much easier. Even drag n drop is better.

Typing via Auto-Type is just as safe as copy / paste.
TCATO is not global because it is not reliable on a lot of sites, particularly ones that use javascript to validate entries.
