I installed the latest version of Keepass (2.29) upon release and this morning, Sourcefire flagged the version as W32.8BA91F90E9-66.SBX.VIOC and quarantined the executable. I was able to reinstall version 2.28 and run keepass on the PC.

So report this error to the vendor of this program.
Its not a KeePass problem.
I have downloaded 2.29 in both versions and my AV is happy. I suspect your AV is reporting a false positive.

It appears they corrected the problem so it most likely was a signature issue on the vendor's side due to the new release.
