Probably a false positive but I thought I let you know
It flags it as threat: Suspicious.Cloud9
Thanks for the report. This indeed is a false positive. I've reported the problem to Symantec.
On the following websites, KeePass 2.27 has been scanned by more than 20 scanners and none of them found any problems:
I just tried to download again and Norton Insight is still blocking the download. Any information from Symantec on when they might get this fixed?
Have you tried the portable / zip download. Works the same as the installed version - it is the same apart from the menu items and the option to associate KeePass files.
You could disable Norton for 15 minutes to download the file and install it. That's what I did. Go to your Norton icon down in the task bar and right click to see Disable Antivirus Auto-Protect. Once it's installed Norton will be ok with it. I actually sent a false positive report to Norton and they verified it was a problem but they've yet to fix it. Funny my Windows XP with the same Norton Internet Security doesn't complain.
Norton seems to have fixed this issue now.
