    Dominik,

Is there any technical reason that can explain why you did not implement the APPACTIVATE command in KeePass V2 so far?

    I personally miss it... ;-)

    Regards,
    Etienne

I've added the APPACTIVATE command now.

Here's the latest development snapshot for testing:

    Dominik,

The V2 APPACTIVATE command seems to work flawlessly, going on getting it stressed.

    Nested placeholders/commands are allowed - e.g. {APPACTIVATE {DB_NAME} - KeePass} - nice feature. Is it written somewhere?

    Best regards,
    Etienne

APPACTIVATE has already been moved from the 1.x-only section to the section for both editions; it just has not been published yet.

Spr-compilation (that includes replacing placeholders like {DB_NAME}) occurs before sending keys (including activating a window); this is not specific to APPACTIVATE, and not documented.

    Best regards,
    Dominik
