i notice that my personal archive change randomly from 50KB to 130KB simple change one password of one site and cleaning old data, i think there are some data that are uncorrectly deleted sometimes (bigger archive) and corretly (smaller archive) or simple exist some problem on compression/cypher

No problem in KeePass. To confirm save without compression or export to XML.
If you still see inconsistency post a test database with steps to reproduce.
