AutoType fails, if an entry with a defined target window has the character "›" in the title.
For example: Worpress Installations if you try to login at "wp-admin".
The way to solve this problem temporariliy is to change the character to "*"

    Fails how? Doesn't type anything?
Can you post a screen shot of the login page and the Auto-Type target definition you are using?

    cheers, Paul

I cannot reproduce this issue. Auto-Type works fine with target window titles containing '›'.

Note that '›' and '>' are two different characters. Make sure your target window title definition really matches the window.
