Pressing Ctrl + Shift + 2 (Choose B Everywhere) doesn't work. Windows Server 2003. The B is the local copy. Using the menu item "Choose B Everywhere" does work. Ctrl + Shift + 1 (Choose A Everywhere) and Ctrl + Shift + 3 (Choose C Everywhere) do work via keyboard.
Expected: Ctrl Shift 2 puts all of the B changes into the output.
Actual: Ctrl Shift 2 does nothing and gives no feedback to the user.
