My current example:
I have defined an event "helmuth anrufen" (lower-case h 
at the beginning).
Now I want to enter "Hemden zur Reinigung bringen".

I type "He": Ko/PI suggests "helmuth anrufen" and 
converts the upper-case H to lower-case. I have no 
chance to enter "Hemden" with a capital H, except with 
entering it first the wrong way and then going back and 
editing the first letter.
