No

I have got a very new MacBook, originally it had OS X 10.7 (Lion), I upgraded to MAX OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
I installed Java version 6 (64 bit), Java 6 (32 bit) and Java 7 (64 bit).
I download karatasi.java version 0.4.0 beta from SourceForge, the DMG version for MAC OS.
I extract karatasi.app from the DMG package.
I try to start it, but get the error message "karatasi.app is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."

    Continue the error description:
As a workaround, I can open the karatasi.app and extract the karats.jar.
    I start the karatasi.jar from the command-line:
    java -jar karatasi.jar
This works fine, with all three Java versions (Java 6-32 bit / Java 6-64 bit, Java 7 - 64 bit).

    1) Open System Preferences
    2) Open Security & Privacy
    3) Go to the General Tab
    4) Change the "Allow applications downloaded from:" setting to "Anywhere"

    Start karatasi.app.
Get a dialog that the app was downloaded from the internet, accept it.
After this you may change the security setting back to the previous value.
