+1 to an svn migration.

To keep the history we'll need to run cvs2svn on the cvs repository and
load into svn (I assume we'll want to do that). I think sforge can give
us a tarball of the repository on request. The other thing is getting
commits sent to a dev/commit list; I don't if we can get set that with
an sforge list.
