[Jython-dev] Jython 2.7 b4 soft launch take 2

Hi all,

We decided to close a few more bugs before 2.7b4, so I put together a
second soft launch of Jython 2.7b4.

The releases:

Installer: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgpython-1032/org/python/jython-installer/2.7-b4/jython-installer-2.7-b4.jar

Standalone: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgpython-1033/org/python/jython-standalone/2.7-b4/jython-standalone-2.7-b4.jar

The parent directories of each of the above have the checksums, source
jars, javadocs, etc.

We'll still try to keep the soft launch part shorter this time :)
