I am a Python developer who wants to use a Java package I downloaded here: http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/StanfordParser-2006-06-11.tar.gz I kept the package inside my Jython search path. When I tried importing it: import edu # this works edu.stanford.nlp.parser # <java package edu.stanford.nlp.parser 1> # everything works as long as I use a package rather than a java file itself edu.stanford.nlp.parser.Parser # Traceback (innermost last): # File "<console>", line 1, in ? # AttributeError: java package 'edu.stanford.nlp.parser' has no attribute 'Parser' No matter what I try I can't access specific files. Is there something "obvious" I'm missing?
