I spent about an hour hacking at JNumeric InitModule and gave up.
I wrote JNumeric out of the code and placed all calculations on the
other side of the pyro socket.
With a little work PYRO
<http://pyro.sourceforge.net/pyro-manual/PyroManual.html> client works
well with jython.
This allows us to keep our 'swigged' c and fortran routines on the
proper computer architecture.
In our case, the cost of sending initial data through a socket and
retrieving the solution is minimal compared to some of the calculations.
