I'm currently looking into a problem installing jython 2.1 on an AS/400 I noticed in the download section that there are now 2 files jython-21.class jython_21.class I have been using jython-21.class which has a class verify error on an AS/400 (works fine on Windows/Sun JDK and Linux/Sun JDK) My jython-21.class file is dated 12/31/2001 11:28 am It is not the same as the jython-21.class file currently available Were there multiple releases of 2.1 made ? I am concerned that I am using an early release of 2.1 on multiple machines. Is there any info on what changed between the 2.1 I have and the one available now. I will test both jython_21 and jython-21 (the new one) against the AS/400 and update the bug report, but I would like to be able to clarify the bug report with info about the fact the my initial problem was with (I'm assuming) an early release of 2.1 Tim Schafer tsc...@ho... _________________________________________________________________ Internet access plans that fit your lifestyle -- join MSN. http://resourcecenter.msn.com/access/plans/default.asp |

That issue I opened on this could be closed with a messag like "sort of fixed in 2.1, will be fully correct in all future releases". :) -- Daniel Rall <dl...@fi...> |
