I think the existing logo is pretty nice, with some nice mythological connotations. Obviously we need a vector art version, as well as an optimized "favorite" icon.

However, the Python "steam" that is rising out of the coffee cup doesn't really balance that well. Instead, the overall composition should fill a square (more or less). Maybe this could be done by widening the mug and having the wisp of steam be a bit flattened. As a square, it would also work better as a favicon.

I also like Alan Kennedy's modjy logo. And I've though it might be nice to do a latte version, where the marking on the foam is a Python snake. I'm sure there are many other good options.

The biggest drawback to the current logo is that we don't have it in
