A prepackaged jar file for Java Web Start deployments is available at bitbucket too.

https://bitbucket.org/agronholm/jython-swingutils/downloads

It needs to be signed before you can use it with Web Start.

Where?

What is the file to download? What is the procedure to run it?
How many jar files do you see at that link? Also, if you're asking that, you're probably not using Web Start anyway.
Start with a Web Start tutorial first to learn how it works.
