Can you use Python instead of Jython? Jython runs on Java and can't use the .pyd file. Regular Python is written in C and can use .pyd files.

Subject: [Jython-users] can't send a keystroke to a window

Helllo!
I need to send a keystroke to a window which appears to confirm deleting, but I can't do that. I have downloaded SendKeys-0.3.win32-py2.4.exe from http://www.rutherfurd.net/python/sendkeys/, imported SendKeys module (which imports _sendkeys), but it writes "no module named _sendkeys". Perhaps the reason is that _sendkeys has the extension .pyd, is written in C and can't be used in Python. But I can't find such a class in Python. Is there any way to get to that window?

Can you help me?
Thanks, Helen
