Is it feasible to use Jython to convert Python code to multithreaded Java?  The intention would be to feed Python source into Jython and produce 100% Java, suitable for a few tweaks to accomplish multithreading.  The overall goal is to take a single machine body of code (Python) and run it on an Oracle Application server so that people could access it from the Web.  Or would I just be getting a Java pig's ear from a Python silk purse?
