    And, in keeping with the less-frills-more-functional concept behind JWM, it wouldn't necessarily have to follow the lead of the other "look" (kde-look and boxlook.org) pages. Custom themes, icon set adaptations and tweaks, and of course a cache of cool wallpapers, but no more than links and how-to's for the "toys". There are Unix enviro's that, while they can load and use JWM, don't have the chops for some of the libs and support files necessary to run the mods and utilities that are commonly used for low-profile window managers like this one (Cygwin/X comes rushing to mind -- not merely because that's where I've got _my JWM installed).
