New target: Support of VoiceXML 2.1

Since VoiceXML 2.1 is the new candidate recommendation of the Voice Browser Working Group, we decided to aim for an implementation of this standard. We are not very far with our implementation, sorry for that, and we think that it is early enough to change our implementation goal.

See also http://www.w3.org/Voice

The current downloadable implementation still aims for the 2.0 specification.
