Hi all, new Netbeans user. I installed the jVi plugin from within the Netbeans 7 interface, but I do not have the corresponding menu item under the Tools menu. Of course I have restarted the application, no change. Where should I begin troubleshooting?

This is on Kubuntu 11.10 64 bit. Thanks.

I assume this means that using Tools>Plugin that you installed the "jVi Update Center". That's the first step; now you can use the "jVi Update Center" to install jVi. Make sure the jVi Update Center is enabled (checked) in the Settings tab of the Plugin Manager

    See jvi.sourceforge.net/?ReadmeNetBeans.html the section "Installation"

Let me know if this doesn't solve you issue
