Syntax coloring of PHP code containing "<?php" and "?>" tags does not work in case "

" element has class "jush-php". In case "

" element has the class "jush-htm" code coloring works correctly.

To reproduce unzip attachment and open the file readme.html.

It seems that this issue is a regression introduced in some recent version because in online demo at http://jush.sourceforge.net/ PHP code containing "<?php" and "?>" tags is colored correctly both in case "

" element has the class "jush-php" and in case it has the class "jush-htm".

Class jush-php is used for code inside the PHP tags. For code containing the PHP tags, jush-htm is the right class.
