#187 BasicVertexRenderer ignores Icon size

If a VertexIconTransformer is set for the RenderContext, then the width and height of the Icon is ignored by the BasicVertexRenderer, meaning that "picking" of the icon defaults to the original clickable area. This has the strange side effect for end users such that they have to click on a "magic" part of the vertex in order to pick it.

I'm currently investigating a workaround.

    In hindsight, this is not a bug.

    I didn't realise that setVertexShapeTransformer also had to be called.

    I've not implemented a fix yet, but looking at the docs it would appear that this is exactly what is needed, so that the default GraphElementAccessor can do its work.
