Unicode support has now been added to the kit, and translations are on the way for many different languages for Copernicus. Version 2.0.2 will be out in the next few days hopefully with those changes and more.
Anyone who downloads a source release, or checks out the code from CVS, there is a short document written to assist you in compiling, and makeing the IzPack installer in the [Docs] section of the sourceforge page.
juk has been released, with a new Java installer, please try it out. A win32 installer for Copernicus alone will be released shortly.
If there are any Copernicus users who would like to help translating the user interface into another language, please contact a project admin. No technical knowledge is needed, all you would need to do would be to translate 40 odd short phrases (normally one or two words).
