#24 Some download failures look like a silent stop at 0%

In the Downloads tab, certain failed downloads look
like an active download stuck at 0%. For example:

    Another symptom: on the next download attempt in the same
    Juice session, the old instances aren't cleared out.

    Looks like a hosed link -- I just tried your URL in
    Iexplorer and it sat there until it timed out trying to
    get the mp3. I wouldn't expect Juice to get it if
    Iexplorer couldn't.

    It's not the failure to download, Joe -- it's that we don't
    appropriately handle that failure. :)

    I've the same symptom with all my URLs that were working
    fine previously. Uninstalling Juice and reinstalling the
    up-to-date version do not fix.
    NB: even tried with removing firewall, allowing all
    cookies, different networking accesses... no change.
