The program allows you to select a portion of the genetree and also a portion of the arraytree. At this point you have a yellow box around the cluster of interest. If you want to export this raw data then ALL the array data for the selected genes, instead of only the selected genedata AND arraydata gets exported. So you get many more columns than you really wanted.

If the number of arrays is greater than 256, then it becomes difficult to open and manipulate the selected data.

It would be wonderful if jTreeview only exported the gene and array data that is selected (which I am pretty sure it doesnt do now, but I may very well have goofed).

If this is not of general interest feel free to ignore.
