Hi,
QA users are filling the Test TAB field called: User Test Documentation (it is
used for QA to write notes and comments for their colleagues to read when they
execute that test). From some reason we see that this information isn't saved
between deployments of our packages. Where this data is saved and what should
we do in order to have it as part of released packages.

After reloading the scenario - is it not saved? after runner restart?
in what scenarios does it fail?

1) Version 5.6.13
2) Between deployment of internal packages (my team's releases). We get
scenarios from QA engineers and we save them in our version control to be used
in future deployments of our packages, we want that the User Test
Documentation to be saved as well

Are you saving both Scenarios xml files and properties files?

Yes.
This is why it is weird that it wasn't saved...
