#49 turn off console output in autodownload

My product can be run standalone with a gui but it is
more usefully run as an external tool inside eclipse.
I am using JSmooth to create a launcher for it and I find
that the launcher dumps a lot of trace info and debug info to the console window of eclipse when run inside eclipse.

I suggest this be turned off entirely in the autodownload
wrapper.

When I run my product outside eclipse with the autodownload wrapper, it works fine, there is no console output.
