Clicking on the jsMath button fails to bring up the jsMath control panel.

The failure happens when the JS tries to load the file http://planetmath.org/js/jsmath/jsMath-controls.html.

If I attempt to retrieve this page using Firefox, I get the following error message:

The image ``http://planetmath.org/js/jsmath/jsMath-controls.html'' cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

The problem is that the server is sending

Content-Type: image/png

  • That appears to be a server misconfiguration problem at planetmath.org. If you are from that organization, you need to look into the mime-type mappings that are being used on the server (in that directory). If you are not from that organization, then you should report the problem to the web administrator at planetmath.org. It does not appear to be a jsMath-specific problem, but rather a server configuration issue, and I will not be able to resolve it. Sorry!
