#1 XSD on the on-load config does not work with Jaxen

This pertains to the on-load component.
It has been found that when using Jaxen to support
XML/XPath, the on-load configuration is not loaded
correctly. This is due to the way Jaxen handles default
namespaces in comparisson to the other parsers.

Until this is fixed, the work-around is to remove the
XSD declaration from the XML root element:

change:
<onload-config xmlns="urn:onload-config"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="urn:onload-config onload-config.xsd">

to:
<onload-config>

    Code now uses element "surfing" with the dom4j library. XPATH is no longer used to avoid this problem. Fixed in 0.9.0 release
