My rsa private key was encrypted with aes128-cbc, which is the default
on ssh-keygen nowadays. This isn't supported by jsch. So I added
support for aes128 and aes192.
The patch is fairly trivial. It's larger than strictly necessary
because I fixed some indentation and added some comments.

I had not recognized that aes128-cbc has been used by the default.
According to the bugzilla entry,
that change has been done since OpenSSH 5.4.
I'll try to add supports for those changes.
