In fact, i had put the jce.jar and jsse.jar files in the classpath =
but it didn=B4t work.
After that a chenged my jre from 1.3.1 to 1.4 and now its working =

with jdk/jre below 1.4 the cryptography extension or something is not=20
however with 1.4 it is provided, if you do not want to download and=20

You have to do some more to install jce into J2SE 1.3.* environemnt.
