The first time I run the python environment, all is
well. However, if I make the docked window a floating
instance, it actually creates a new dockablewindow.
This new one is unable to connect to the python
debugger - it says
java.net.bindException: address already in use.
The "X" button is greyed out so there's no way to stop it.
The "bug" button should connect to it again if it's
already in use.
