#3 Parent-child hierarchy represents incorrectly

In Footmart sample, "Employees" is a parent-child
dimension.

When drill down a parent employee in jpivot, his children
always lists at the bottom of the table, Not below their
parent.

I notice everything is ok if the dimension is NOt the
parent-children type.

The attachment shows the bug. "Audrey Osborn" is the
child of the "Darren Stanz", but "Audrey Osborn" is listed
below the "Roberta Damstra"

    Now JPivot adds Hierarchize, this has improved a little. The
    members appear in the correct order, but they are not
    indented.

    Example query:

    select
    {[Measures].members} on columns,
    {[Employees].members} on rows
    from [HR]
