Jode-1.1.1

There's a new version of jode, version 1.1.1, which fixes most bugs reported since the 1.1 version.

Currently I'm working on a jode 2.0. It features an ANT based build process, the package name has changed to net.sf.jode, and there is a well documented bytecode interface that you may use for other purposes. For sneak preview checkout the CVS repository or have a look at the api at http://jode.sf.net/api/ . I will make a beta release jode-1.90 once I get everything running again.... read more

Jode 1.1 released

After one and a half year without a new release I now fixed most of the pending bugs of the decompiler and released Jode-1.1.

This release fixes some issues with javac v8 (jdk1.3). There have also been some bug fixes to the obfuscator, but I don't expect it to be stable, yet.

The web pages have been updated as well, so you may want to revisit them.

Happy decompiling,
Jochen Hoenicke

JODE is now online

I have just finished converting and copying my previous web pages to SourceForge (PHP is great) and adding the existing releases and the CVS tree to this site. Please visit http://jode.sourceforge.net

If you want to volunteer:
- the graphical interface (swingui) could have more functionality.
- the documentation needs much improvements.
