I run Windows 7 professional 32 bits, Service Pack 1
And I got:
- Java(TM) 7 Update 5 (version 7.0.50)
- JavaFX 2.1.1 (version 2.1.1)
- JMRI - Java Model Railroad Interface (versie 3.0-r 20870)
All three of them were downloaded on 27-07-2012.
When I start PanelPro or DecoderPro, this is what I get:
"Java(TM) Platform SE binary does not work anymore".
I did a bit of experimenting myself.
I uninstalled everything and downloaded a previous version of Java (assuming Java was the problem).
Installed Java 6.0.31 and the latest version of JMRI again.
This seemed to work and I was able to program one loc decoder. Shut down the program.
Tried to start it again and the same problem (see above) re-occurred.
Ideas anyone??
OR: how can I help to determine the cause?
