I'm sorry, I don't think there is any hope of reading this file. The key atoms of various groups are totally intertwined. Such a file was unreadable as far back as 2010 (Jmol 11.8). If you sort the file on column 17: sort /+17 dlpe.pdb > t.pdb then Jmol will load it.
