you're not supposed to need anything. It's the same problem in j2s/core/coremenu.z.js that you had with the JSmolCore.js - unterminated string literal. You need to unzip http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol.zipand use those files, transferring them properly to your server. I'm pretty sure that's your whole problem, Jonathan.
