That's where I wanted it originally, but I hadn't yet figured out the path settings. The page is called by query a string from the model kit that tells it to use Resolver or ChemSpider/PubChem based on the Resolver down switch in the model kit.

I confused the replacement that you reference below with a 2D conversion. JME is in the page, but hidden. We may use it in the future.

You may know this already: On Safari error console messages like:

Error: Invalid negative value for <rect> attribute width="-51"

keep popping up as the page is used. This occurs on your test page also.

The spectrum is coming from nrmdb, at EPFL, in Lausanne, Switzerland. That service takes a MOL file but returns a different MOL file. So your initial stucture in Jmol will be replaced.
