You have jsmol.php on your server and Info.serverURL pointing to it? My site is not working? Hmm. Opera is working for me, and it wasn't before this. Sorry, I can't upload to my site from here, but I should be able to do that tomorrow.

Unfortunately, this bundle version does not fix the issue in my hands. Opera still fails to display .pdb.gz or .pse files. 
These display with Chrome or Firefox.
