0.2.0 release available

The 0.2.0 release represents the acheivement of the second JLense milestone (the Object Integration Framework).
Changes in this release include....

....The first official release of the Object Integration Framework for object access and persistence.

...The Shortcut Bar in the Workbench has been refactored. The Shortcut Bar now displays shortcuts to perspectives instead of shortcuts to views. The Shortcut Bar in JLense is now the functional equivalent of the Perspective Bar in the Eclipse IDE Workbench.

...A rudimentary forms framework. This forms framework has been used to construct the Transaction and Entry dialogs in JLedger. This forms framework will be reworked and expanded in future releases.
